HELP with Signing In!
If you’re having trouble signing in, follow these steps:
1. Troubleshoot Sign-In Issues

Check your Caps Lock: Ensure Caps Lock is turned off.

Restart your browser: Close your browser, reopen it, and go to the Sign In/Membership Sign In page. This clears any memory.

Sign In again:

Click the “Sign In” button at the top of the page.

Type your email exactly as you provided when signing up (case-sensitive).

Type your password exactly as you set it (case-sensitive).

If this still does work and your email is spelled correctly then Reset Your Password
2. Reset Your Password (If Needed)
If your password isn’t working, you can reset it:

Under Membership Sign In, click Request Password.

Check your email for a message with a new password.

Copy the new password or write it down (case-sensitive).

Close your browser, return to the website, and go to Sign In/Membership Sign In.

Enter your email and your new password (if you have copied it, you should be able to paster it).
3. Change Your Password
Once signed in, update your password to something you’ll remember:

Go to Manage My Account and sign in with your email and new password.

Scroll down to find Change Password (in blue) and click it.

Enter a new password following good password guidelines.

Scroll down and click Save & Continue. (if you skip this step you will need to start the change password over)
