15 Club members attended a very informative and interesting tour of the fish hatchery.  The hatchery is very rustic and old school and is entirely a spring fed and gravity flow operation.  The fish are raised with almost organic food and natural shrimp.  The cold spring water gives the fish a firm texture and the shrimp a bright red colour which is prized by better restaurants.   Another great resource right here in the area.
