Lemon Posse- Peggy Sturch
2 ¼ cup whipping cream
2/3 cup sugar
¼ cup sieved lemon juice
Bring cream and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly till it boils. When boiling, reduce to a simmer and continue to stir for 3 minutes. Take off heat, stir in lemon juice, pour into 6 – 8 ramekins or dessert bowls. Chill until set, about 4 hours.
Top with fresh or macerated berries.
